Our CEO and founder, Aaron Rapf, is steeped in sports. With close to 25 years of hands-on Global Sports Marketing experience working with the World's most iconic brands including 18 years at Nike. He's done everything from developing consumer-focused strategies, scouting athletes, building highly functional teams and operational mechanisms to negotiating some of sports' most iconic athlete contracts. Once a former collegiate athlete; he's a marketer, storyteller, and sport industry expert. He has built some of the most impactful global athlete endorsement portfolios and strategies while also developing award-winning marketing plans and campaigns that've highlighted sports' largest icons.
